Dear OTA--
I followed a link from the SAA Student forum and it took me quite a while to figure what you were about. It might be helpful to include some of the answers to these questions on this intro page:
What does OTA stand for?
What is the "Chapters and Loose Papers"? (I looked at the attachments, but I might not have had the time on another day)
What do you hope to share in this newsletter? Will certain issues have themes?
What kind of student papers would you like to see? Abstracts for all research being done?
Who are you guys? Where are you from? What is your experience in archives and with SAA? Links to your profiles on Wetpaint.
Is there an option for an RSS feed?
I'm hoping to contribute to the newsletter. I had an archive friend look at the site and she was like, "OK...What is it?"
I'm new to Wetpaint as well as C&LP, so I'm not sure how the logistics of posting here and notifications work, so drop me a line :)

Hi! Great questions... and yes. Perhaps I'll get some pages up on this wiki to explain more about the newsletter. As far as OTA is concerned... that's a long story. Basically, the name is attached because wetpaint doesn't allow you to change screennames without starting a new account.

I think there's a lot of potential for this wiki space! Thanks for following the link from the studnet forum. At least we know that the word is starting to get out.. which means it's time to get this wiki into better shape as well.

Do you find this valuable?
